Compensation Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts.
