The Groundskeeper will maintain landscaping, gardens, parking lots, and all other property. Responsibilities Mowing lawn Lawn maintenance General labor duties Snow plowing Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) 1+ years of experience as a Groundskeeper (Lawn maintenance, gardening, snow plowing, general labor duties) Possess and maintain a safe driving record Acquire own set of tools to perform the job Able to interact and communicate with all staff and management Can read and follow instructions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job Must be able to tolerate weather conditions including extreme heat and extreme cold Physically be able to reach, lift, climb ladders, crawl, or any other function of the role Reasons you should work for us Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
