Title Manager, Digital DTC Product Industry Beauty Location New York, NY Duration 3 months Responsibilities Manage and support the global eCommerce website platform, ensuring platform stability, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives Partner with internal product teams, external development partners, and market stakeholders to maintain and enhance website functionality Lead the implementation of new platform features, technical enhancements, and digital best practices Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, market teams, and technical partners to ensure website initiatives align with brand and customer experience goals Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve usability, engagement, and conversion performance Requirements Bachelor's degree required 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital product management, website operations, or a related field Experience supporting website optimization, customer experience initiatives, or digital product enhancements Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO), user testing, and A/B testing methodologies Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate performance and generate actionable insights Skills eCommerce digital product management website optimization conversion rate optimization web analytics Google Analytics customer experience project management stakeholder management UX/UI best practices Compensation Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius. #J-18808-Ljbffr
