Temporary Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Lexington, KY
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to provide recruiting and administrative support for a maternity leave assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruiting, staffing, HR, or administrative experience looking for a flexible, short-term position.

Schedule

• Preferred: Monday-Friday half days or Monday-Thursday half days
• Flexible schedule available

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and sourcing candidates for open positions
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone interviews
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Update applicant tracking systems and recruiting records
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and pre-employment processes
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team
• Deliver excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
