Restaurant General Manager - We are interviewing!
We are looking for a self-driven Restaurant General Manager to add to our growing team. If you are an experienced General Manager searching to join an established group with various concepts throughout the area. We offer growth, stability, strong compensation, and a fun working environment. Come aboard and take control of your career with this locally owned and operated company.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to oversee FOH and BOH operations
- Strong experience with P&L management, labor control, inventory, and cost management
- Experience recruiting, training, and developing management and hourly teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience in casual dining or polished casual concepts
- Track record of improving operational performance and profitability
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Ability to build a positive, accountable team culture
