This position is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, driving revenue and profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Director, the Restaurant Manager ensures smooth operations while fostering a positive and productive environment for team members and delivering unforgettable hospitality experiences. Impact & Collaboration This position works closely with the Food & Beverage Director, Operations Team, and Culinary Team to create outstanding restaurant experiences and execute flawless events for guests, members, and clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all restaurant operations Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure complete customer satisfaction Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Maintain high standards for food, beverage, and service quality Organize, schedule, and supervise staff shifts Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and feedback Forecast inventory needs and manage supply levels Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and health regulations Monitor costs, minimize waste, and maintain operational efficiency Foster a positive team culture and lead by example Monitor daily operations and implement improvements as needed Assist with additional operational duties as assigned Qualifications Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role Strong background in guest service and hospitality management Extensive knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service Proficiency in English Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant POS systems Strong leadership, motivation, and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Exceptional customer service skills with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in a fast-paced environment Additional Details Start Date: Immediate Compensation: Competitive base salary Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and 401(k) (Full-time employees) Join us at Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort and become part of a team dedicated to delivering unforgettable coastal hospitality experiences.
