Radiation Therapist

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• 2+ years of radiation therapist experience
• ARRT (T) certification
• 1 year travel experience or work experience with Varian and ARIA post-graduation
• Preferred experience with TrueBeam, ARIA, and Trilogy

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments.
• Perform treatment simulations, fabricate necessary shielding blocks, and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
• Prepare equipment for patient treatments and conduct quality control and assurance tests, ensuring adherence to infection control and radiation safety practices.
• Maintain professional working relationships with medical staff.
