Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working full-time within a dynamic school environment near Edinburgh, IN. This position focuses on managing a resource caseload, allowing you to provide direct, impactful services to students in need of speech and language support. Collaborate closely with experienced educators and specialists to help students achieve their IEP goals and strengthen their communication skills throughout the academic year, from early August through Thanksgiving break.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Indiana license in Speech-Language Pathology is mandatory.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; this position is not open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) or SLPAs.
• Previous experience working in schools, specifically with resource caseloads, is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt services to diverse student needs in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students on the resource caseload.
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams.
• Assess, document, and track students’ progress in alignment with school and state guidelines.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to teachers and families to facilitate student success.
• Participate in meetings and maintain clear, timely communication with school staff.
