Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll focus exclusively on the resource caseload, working onsite and collaborating closely with other professionals to help each student reach their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

This role spans from early August to Thanksgiving break and offers a full-time schedule. The assignment provides a unique chance to apply your expertise in speech-language pathology within a supportive school setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience with school-based SLP resource caseloads strongly preferred
• Proficiency in IEP development and documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative services to students assigned to the resource caseload
• Conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and track progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with educational staff to create supportive classroom strategies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional input to goal setting and progress reviews
