Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Payroll Administrator. The Payroll Administrator will process regular payroll cycles for company employees, ensuring accurate calculations of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining payroll records, managing garnishments, calculating and submitting payroll taxes, and coordinating with HR and accounting to resolve payroll-related inquiries. The role also involves responding to employee questions about pay, benefits, and deductions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and preparing basic payroll reports for management review.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Payroll Administration, including payroll processing, record maintenance, and compliance with company policies.
• Candidates should possess skills in managing Garnishments and handling Payroll Taxes in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Employee Benefits, including understanding benefit deductions and coordinating with HR or benefits providers.
• Candidates should possess skills in Accounting fundamentals, such as reconciling payroll accounts and supporting financial reporting.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in payroll or accounting, strong attention to detail, proficiency with payroll software and spreadsheets, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
