Nurse Practitioner (NP)We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within a correctional facility in California City, CA. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday day shift schedule and can be structured as full-time or part-time, making it ideal for providers seeking flexibility while working in a collaborative environment paying $60-$75/hour based on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assessments, exams, and diagnose/treat medical conditionsPrescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic testsDevelop and manage patient care plansMonitor patient health status and respond to medical needsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulationsRequirementsActive Nurse Practitioner license in CaliforniaGraduate of an accredited NP program (Family Practice preferred)Minimum of 1 year of clinical experienceExperience in corrections, primary care, or urgent careFamiliarity with NCCHC, ACA, or JCAHO standardsAdditional InformationWeekly paySupportive team environmentOpportunity for long-term placementThis position is recruited for by a remote TemPositions Group office.
