Executive Assistant - Greenwich, CT

A top-tier hedge fund is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior Portfolio Manager and light support for their team. Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM/6:00 PM (with flexibility as needed) Compensation & Benefits: $125k – $150krange + Discretionary bonus & paid overtime and top-tier benefits package Key Responsibilities Include: Provide dedicated 1:1 support to the Portfolio Manager and lighter support to the team. Manage fast-changing Outlook calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries. Organize and execute both onsite and offsite meetings and events. Oversee light office management duties, including guest registration, team seating assignments, ordering supplies, and stocking snacks. Assist with the onboarding of new team members and act as a primary liaison between the executive and business colleagues. Qualifications: Experience: 4 to 15+ years of relevant administrative or executive support experience (open to industry background, but a background in a high-speed/dynamic environment is a must). Education: Bachelor’s degree required with a 3.0 GPA or higher. Highly poised, articulate, mature, and polished. Not easily rattled by a high-intensity environment; highest ethical standards and trustworthy. Exceptional follow-through with a proactive, self-starter mentality.
