Job Description
Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Schedule

12H Night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

Assignment Details

Contract guarantee of 72 hours biweekly. Length of assignment is 8 weeks.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Competency in core critical care skills: ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post STEMI care
• Evidence of relevant continuing education
• CCRN certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management

Compliance / Notes
