What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support daily coverage in a 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans for neonates
• Support care continuity from admission through discharge
• Contribute to a high standard of neonatal healthcare within a community-focused hospital environment

What You Need

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal certification preferred
• Experience working in an NICU or neonatal setting a plus
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Residency within the immediate local area preferred; relocation may be required
