ED Patient Case Manager RN (Onsite)Employment Type: Full timeShift: Day ShiftShift/Hours: Full-time day shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), working three 12-hour shifts per week, with only two required Saturdays per year.Position Summary: MercyOne Trinity is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator to support patients across the care continuum.
