Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity

Fully outpatient Internal Medicine role focused on adult primary care. Opportunity to build long-term relationships with adult patient population. Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities. Supported by full clinical team within established outpatient setting. Manageable outpatient patient volume within adult-focused practice model.

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. No weekends or call. Up to $50,000 student loan repayment eligibility. Full outpatient structure. Full clinical autonomy. CME reimbursement plus paid CME days. Relocation assistance available. Full support staff in place.

Base salary up to $220,000 annually. Health insurance with 80% employer-paid premium. Dental and vision insurance. 401(k) with 3% employer match. 15 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays. CME reimbursement: $1,500 plus 5 CME days. Life insurance included. Student loan repayment up to $50,000. Relocation assistance: $2,500.

Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care to adult patients. Manage chronic disease treatment, preventive care, and adult primary care visits. Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based environment. Collaborate with clinical and administrative support staff to coordinate care delivery. Maintain documentation within outpatient practice workflows.

Requirements: Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician REQUIRED. Active Virginia medical license REQUIRED. Comfortable managing adult outpatient primary care REQUIRED. Strong chronic disease management and preventive care skills REQUIRED. Comfortable managing up to 25 patients daily REQUIRED. Collaborative and patient-focused clinical approach REQUIRED.
