What Your Day Actually Looks Like

• See 18-21 patients per day -with the time needed to do it right
• Provide comprehensive primary care for a Medicare Advantage population
• Act as a trusted advisor and health coach , not just a diagnostician
• Stay connected across the care journey-specialists, hospitals, transitions
• Lead a collaborative care team that shares responsibility for outcomes
• Mentor and supervise APPs while maintaining clinical oversight

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (IM, FM, or Geriatrics)
• Active or eligible state license & DEA

• $250,000 - $306,714 base salary (experience-based)
