What Your Day Actually Looks Like

See 18-21 patients per day -with the time needed to do it right

Stay connected across the care journey-specialists, hospitals, transitions
Lead a collaborative care team that shares responsibility for outcomes
Mentor and supervise APPs while maintaining clinical oversight

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible (IM, FM, or Geriatrics)
Active or eligible state license & DEA
