About the Role
CAM Service Center in Charleston is looking for a organized, customer-focused Service Center Cashier / Office Coordinator to join our team. You will be the face and voice of our shop, handling customer interactions and keeping our daily service operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Warmly greet customers as they arrive and deliver exceptional front-desk support.
- Data Entry: Input and update customer details and vehicle information into our system accurately.
- Phone & Service Management: Answer incoming calls, take service requests, and schedule appointments.
- Work Order Production: Create clear, accurate technical work orders for our repair technicians.
- Invoicing: Track job progress using active work orders and complete final customer invoicing upon job completion.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer data entry and point-of-sale or shop management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an automotive service or office environment is a plus.
