What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for various surgical procedures in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with surgical teams and clinicians to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout procedures
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Contribute to a positive team environment dedicated to quality patient care

What You Need

Required:

• Current Michigan RN and CRNA licenses
• Certification in anesthesia from an accredited program
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a surgical or anesthesia setting
• Flexibility with shift scheduling
• Knowledge of current anesthesia safety standards
