What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia services for various surgical procedures in a hospital setting
• Assess patients pre-operatively and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs during procedures
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and patient care
• Collaborate with surgical teams, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records and patient interactions
• Comply with all safety and regulatory standards

What You Need

• Current, valid CRNA certification and Michigan license or ability to obtain
• At least 2 years of anesthesia provider experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to patient safety and detail-oriented care
• Ability to adapt to various clinical situations
