Pinellas Center for Special Surgery – Surgical Scrub Technologist Per Diem The Center for Special Surgery provides a wide variety of care in orthopedics, sports medicine, spine, pain, podiatry, and outpatient total joint replacement. Our highly trained, experienced and respected physicians take pride in all aspects of patient care. The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
