Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN – GA License Required) – Part‑Time, No Weekends Location: Atlanta, GA | 24-28 hours/week Required: Active Georgia LPN License in Good Standing Overview A unique opportunity to join Revival Women’s Health (formerly Revival Telemedicine), the first and only women’s health practice in Decatur focused exclusively on midlife care. We’re creating a serene, concierge-style environment that redefines what midlife healthcare can feel like. We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong phlebotomy and IV skills to join our small, mission-driven team. This early-stage role offers the chance to shape patient experiences from the ground up , while enjoying calm, no-weekend hours and meaningful patient relationships in a boutique setting. Key Responsibilities Perform patient intake, vitals, and clinical screenings Conduct phlebotomy and prepare specimens for lab processing Start and manage peripheral IVs and infusion therapies per provider protocols Administer IM injections (vitamins, hormones, wellness therapies) Assist Dr. Miller during exams and in-office procedures Maintain clean, well-stocked, and patient-ready treatment areas Deliver calm, concierge-level care and help patients feel supported Manage clinical supplies, inventory, and documentation accuracy Contribute ideas to improve clinical workflows and patient experience Support front desk or patient coordination tasks as needed Required Qualifications Active Georgia LPN license in good standing (required) Demonstrated phlebotomy skills and confidence with IV starts Excellent communication and patient-relations skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality care Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in women’s health, wellness, or infusion care Prior work in concierge or boutique-style practices Interest in midlife health, menopause care, or integrative medicine Comfortable working in a start-up or growth-phase practice Physical Requirements Stand/walk up to 6-8 hours per shift (with breaks) Lift/carry up to 25 lbs occasionally Use fine motor skills for venipuncture, IVs, injections Have clear eyesight for procedures/documentation Bend, stoop, reach, and respond quickly Why Join Revival Be part of a mission-driven team helping build a new model of women’s midlife care Work closely with Dr. Taniqua Miller in a supportive, collaborative environment Meaningful, patient-centered work in a beautiful, boutique setting Enjoy daytime hours with no weekends About Us Revival Women’s Health is redefining midlife women’s healthcare - offering personalized hormone health, wellness, and integrative concierge care that honors the whole woman.
