What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
Assess patient conditions and prioritize care delivery in a fast-paced environment
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Effectively communicate with patients and interdisciplinary teams
Utilize critical thinking to handle complex cases and emergencies
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
Support patient education and family communication during care process

What You Need:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; specialty certifications preferred
Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
