Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC)Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC) for our client in Nags Head, NC 27959. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Location: Nags Head, NC 27959Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)Work Schedule: Variable Day/Evening Shifts | 8-Hour & 12-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per WeekShift Options: Days (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) or Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)ResponsibilitiesProvide direct resident care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Take and record vital signs, monitor resident conditions, and promptly report any changes to the nursing staff.Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies.Support infection prevention and control practices while maintaining a clean and safe environment.Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide compassionate, resident-centered care.Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to promote quality resident outcomes.QualificationsActive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation experience preferred.Current BLS Certification (if required by the facility).Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.Ability to work flexible day or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.Exceptional references from previous contract assignments are required.No Record of Behavior (Bank) or duo assignments accepted.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
