Sales Enablement Specialist

UMB Institutional Banking encompasses Corporate Trust, Specialty Trust & Agency Solutions, Fund Services, Institutional Custody, Investment Banking, Investor Solutions, Public Finance and Healthcare Services. The team supports business strategy and sales teams, driving sales through marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Draft responses to proposal requests and develop sales presentations. Communicate with prospects, maximize brand impact at trade shows, and execute public relations efforts. Use project‑management skills to execute marketing strategies in support of sales team efforts. Operate Salesforce and various software to create content, develop reporting and campaign tracking. Partner with internal teams to collaborate and execute on strategic marketing and communication initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field. Three to five years of experience in marketing and/or sales, business, or customer service.
