As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving Sifted's growth. Your mission: build pipeline by connecting with potential customers, sparking interest, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. You'll be on the front line of SaaS sales prospecting, cold calling, emailing, leveraging tools, and making an impact every single day. This is a high-growth entry point into SaaS sales.

Requirements
- Prospecting and building pipeline through calls, emails, video, and LinkedIn (100300 target accounts).
- Leading conversations that uncover prospect pain points and highlight Sifted's value.
- Partnering with AEs to qualify and advance opportunities.
- Managing leads and activities in Salesforce, Outreach, and Vidyard.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding quotas for qualified meetings.
- Based in or willing to work from our Overland Park, KS office.
