About the Role The Front Desk Coordinator supports patient experience, administrative workflows, and day-to-day operations at the clinic. This role is based at Black Hills Heart and Vascular Care in Rapid City, SD, part of the VIS network of practices. What You’ll Do Check in patients and verify demographics. Answer incoming calls and assist visitors. Maintain lobby and guest restroom presentation. Assist with transportation coordination. Monitor front office supplies. Perform appointment reminder and follow-up activities. Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. Support patient service initiatives and communication.
