About the Role:
Join UFC Gym as an Assistant Fitness Manager and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming lives through fitness. In this role, you will inspire and engage potential members while promoting our world-class facilities and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the sales team to achieve membership goals and targets.
• Engage with prospective members and conduct facility tours to showcase our offerings.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and member satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Organize promotional events and initiatives to drive membership growth.
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance overall gym operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive.

Requirements:

• Personal Trainer Certification (active 3+ years) Nutrition, Weight Loss, Muscle Build, General Health
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Basic knowledge of fitness programs and services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
