Are you an experienced Workday Project Manager looking to lead a major implementation from initiation through go-live?

We’re seeking a Workday Project Manager to support a Workday Launch deployment for a large organisation. This part-time role is ideal for someone who brings strong delivery leadership, deep Workday project experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the full Workday implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live.
Managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across all project workstreams.
Ensuring alignment with Workday Launch methodology and best practice.
Facilitating workshops, coordinating teams, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Overseeing cutover planning, readiness activities, and post-go-live support.
Producing structured project updates, documentation, and reports for leadership.

What we’re looking for:

Workday Project Manager certification (mandatory).
Proven Workday Launch implementation experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Experience coordinating multiple teams in a fast-paced project environment.
Availability to work 20 hours per week.
