What You'll Own This role is much more than managing a warehouse. You'll become the operational heartbeat behind our installation and service departments. Logistics & Planning Stage materials for daily installation and service crews Coordinate deliveries, vendor pickups, and inventory transfers Anticipate material shortages before they affect customers Ensure every technician starts the day prepared Inventory & Purchasing Maintain inventory accuracy above 98% Oversee receiving, cycle counts, and stock replenishment Manage truck stock and warehouse inventory Work with purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels Reduce waste, shrinkage, and unnecessary spending Operations & Process Improvement Improve warehouse layout and workflow Build systems that improve efficiency and accountability Track tools, fleet equipment, and company assets Identify bottlenecks and recommend better ways of operating Help create a warehouse that is organized, predictable, and scalable Success Looks Like You'll know you're winning when:

Preferred Experience Warehouse management or operations leadership HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, industrial supply, or distribution experience Inventory management systems or ERP software Forklift experience Strong computer skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 lbs.
