$19.10 - $21.00 per hour
Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Signature Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a growing supply chain operation in Camp Hill! This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising warehouse personnel, and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations

• Prepare employee schedules and manage workflow

• Supervise, train, and coach warehouse team members

• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance standards

• Maintain excellent communication with management and staff

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Support company quality and safety policies

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse supervisory experience required

• Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environments preferred

• Forklift certification required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with WMS systems and RF scanners

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, move, and handle objects of various sizes and weights

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift

• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely

• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments

Dress Code:

• Warehouse casual attire

• Steel-toed shoes required
