Opportunity:
Physician – Interventional Cardiology

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens opportunity providing inpatient interventional cardiology coverage on a 24-hour beeper call basis
• Shift times run 7am to 7am with 10-15 patient encounters per shift
• Coverage needed for specific dates including November, December, January, and April windows
• Practice split will be 75% interventional and 25% noninvasive cardiology
• NUC reading and NUC activity will be required
• Must have several years of experience in interventional cardiology; new graduates will not be considered
• Active California medical license required; licensed in CA only
• Active DEA required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency required
• Active Fluoroscopy (FLURO) certification is required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty required
• Any gaps greater than 3 months in clinical activity must be explained
• Updated CV with all hospital affiliations must be submitted upon presentation
• Credentialing timeframe is estimated at 60-90 days
• Long-term housing assistance available if needed

Compensation:
