Full job description Our company is currently seeking an HR fresher to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to learn and grow within the company. The HR fresher will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Responsibilities Responsible for recruitment activities, such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Coordinating and conducting new employee orientations and onboarding Managing employee records and documentation Assisting in performance management and employee engagement activities Maintaining and updating employee information in HRIS and other systems Participating in HR projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Nationwide
