AI-Driven Global Strategy & Programs Lead

TikTok is seeking a Head of Strategy and Programs for Global Integrated Marketing Communications (GIMC) within Global Business Marketing (GBM). This leader will own the annual integrated plan, set the strategic agenda with the Head of GIMC, and drive end-to-end programmes across acquisition, expansion, product moments and always-on initiatives.
You will lead programme owners, align with Creative, Events, Partnerships and Channels, and ensure measurement is central to all briefs.
