Ladders is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Talent Development to shape leadership and talent initiatives across a global organization. You will design and deliver programs that build leader capability, improve team effectiveness, and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. In partnership with HR and senior leaders, you will guide offsites, coach leaders, certify internal facilitators, and drive data-driven decisions to close capability gaps. #J-18808-Ljbffr
