Your Role: Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and specialty projects across our properties. You'll play a key role in ensuring our homes and units are safe, functional, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Execute carpentry tasks including painting and sheetrock repair
Install flooring and assist with furniture and accessory setup
Conduct light maintenance and groundskeeping duties
Meet and exceed time-sensitive service standards
Work safely and efficiently at all times
Multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members
Handle stressful situations with calm professionalism
Make sound decisions independently
Collaborate effectively with team members
Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with management
Perform additional functions such as groundskeeping and light maintenance duties as assigned by management

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience or relevant training
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Must have own tools, reliable vehicle, and smartphone
Strong listening and communication skills
A positive attitude and a commitment to quality service
