Billing Specialist

PSC Group Billing Specialist
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares and issues customer invoices based on service records or contracts
- Verifies accuracy of billing data, rates, and supporting documentation
- Records billing transactions and maintains up-to-date billing files
- Communicates with customers regarding billing questions and payment status
- Assists with reconciliations and reporting as needed
- Supports the billing department in maintaining compliance with company standards
- Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend and travel requirements)
