Job Title: Scrum Master
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile sprints for our medical software development team. The ideal candidate will guide the team in achieving their objectives and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile sprints for the medical software development team.
• Guide the team in scrum methodology and agile practices.
• Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to achieve sprint goals.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in scrum methodology.
• Experience with software development projects.
• Strong understanding of agile practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in medical software development projects is a plus.
• Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies is desirable

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
