Forklift Driver / Warehouse

Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials between Door Works facilities (DW1 and DW2). Coordinate the movement of materials across production departments to ensure timely delivery and uninterrupted workflow. Prioritize and manage material requests from production teams to maintain production efficiency. Transport materials, including but not limited to: Door jambs (coordinate with Pre-Hang), Doors (coordinate with DW2 production team), Tongue & Groove materials, S4S materials, Custom assemblies and millwork components, Crown and base mouldings, Structural beams, Door carts and cabinet materials, Barn door tracks, Single doors and knock-down pairs, Pocket door frames, Custom pulls, Metal doors and frames. Qualifications 5+ years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Experience with receiving, inventory organization, and material staging for production environments. Experience loading flatbed trailers or similar delivery vehicles preferred. Experience operating sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse material handling equipment. Ability to read shipping documents, packing slips, and basic inventory documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently while supporting team operations.
