Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

What you'll do:

• Operate and maintain modern tractors and flatbed trailers, completing pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Secure, tarp, and load cargo using industry-standard load-securing techniques.
• Maintain accurate logs, communicate with dispatch, and meet scheduled appointments.

Compensation & Benefits: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and a 1-year lease-to-own option. Drivers work with 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner units, enjoy pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, structured equipment inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
