Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
- Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
- Medical card

- Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck
- Trailer Rent:$500 Conestoga / $375 Aluminum Open / $300 Combo Open
- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)
- No balloon payment
- Pilot/Flying J fuel card required
- Quarterly equipment inspections
- Pet & rider friendly
- 24/7 support team
- $1,000 compliance On-Boarding (charged on first statement)
Eclectic Logistics delivers a driver-focused lease-purchase flatbed opportunity for experienced operators near Abington. The role balances consistent freight opportunities with a structured path toward owning your rig.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Secure flatbed freight with chains, straps, and tarps; ensure cargo integrity during transit.
- Perform meticulous pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs/ELD entries.
- Coordinate with dispatch and shippers to meet schedules and resolve on-route issues.
Compensation & Equipment:
- Competitive pay at 80% of gross; weekly gross commonly falls between $7,500 and $10,000.
- Lease-to-own program allows ownership within one year; fleet includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner.
Support features include a pet and rider-friendly policy, 24/7 driver assistance, regular equipment inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
