Sedgefield Bagels & Deli is looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our fast-paced, customer-focused bagel shop. Ideal candidates enjoy working with food, providing great service, and being part of a close-knit team. Weekend availability is required. I was of operation are as follows Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3 PM Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM and Sunday 8 AM to 2 PM. Shifts will range between opening and close with approximately 1 to 2 weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, professional manner

• Prepare bagels, breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, and sides according to recipes

• Operate kitchen equipment and POS system

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, and dining space

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch rushes

• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic food service or deli experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
• Availability for morning and/or weekend shifts is a plus
