The View Restaurant at Chaminade Resort & Spa is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience by supporting our service team and ensuring the restaurant remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.

The ideal candidate is energetic, attentive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will help maintain the flow of service by clearing and resetting tables, stocking service stations, and assisting servers with guest needs. If you're quick on your feet, thrive in a team-oriented setting, and enjoy providing outstanding service, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist in creating a welcoming dining experience.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked server stations throughout service.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to ensure availability for incoming guests.
• Support servers with ongoing service needs and guest requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining room and surrounding restaurant areas.
• Develop a strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Collaborate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in upholding the high standards of hospitality expected at The View Restaurant.

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is preferred.

• A willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
