About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Consumer Banking Officer to join its executive team. This pivotal role is focused on leading retail banking, consumer and residential lending, and marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving organic growth in deposits and consumer loan portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for preserving and strengthening the company's mutual values, community orientation, and commitment to customer service and long-term relationships. A key aspect of the position is to balance branch-based relationship banking with the evolution of digital channels, and to provide strategic leadership to ensure that all business lines are aligned with the company's common goals. Applicants for the Chief Consumer Banking Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of progressive leadership experience in community banking, with a background in both retail banking and consumer/residential lending. The role requires a proven track record in driving organic growth and a strong understanding of the balance between traditional banking and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead senior leaders and align multiple business lines toward common strategic goals.
