Job Description

• Tailor Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them realize their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and everyday tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Support for continuing education and post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
