Vera Whole Health seeks a proactive NBC-HWC to deliver personalized, evidence-based virtual coaching to help members achieve lasting behavior change and navigate healthcare resources. You will collaborate with care managers, dietitians, and clinicians to drive health outcomes, primarily supporting the weight management program. This remote role requires M–F, 8 am–5 pm PST availability and adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards as part of a multidisciplinary team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stryker Corporation
