What You'll Be Doing
Identify and contact potential business clients through phone calls, email outreach, business to business canvassing and referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
Develop professional relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Learn about client needs and present staffing solutions that support their hiring goals.
Assist in growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
Attend networking events and community activities to expand business connections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve company sales goals.


What We're Looking For

Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
