Registered Nurse (RN) - Float - $34-73 per hour

Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool – Fayville, Massachusetts Specialty: Float (RN) – Ongoing, 36hours per week. Shift: 12hours during the day. Employment type: Staff. Up to$15,000 sign‑on bonus (based on eligibility). Job Description Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis. Supervise and delegate appropriate care to staff, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with nursing standards. Coordinate and integrate patient care following the nursing process and established safety, risk‑management, QI, and infection‑control standards. Plan and coordinate patient care within the prescribed medical regime to achieve optimal discharge outcomes. Perform all HICS (Hospital Incident Command System) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles during emergencies or disasters. Know the hospital’s emergency codes, including purpose and appropriate actions, and adhere to related policies and procedures. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications Education: Graduated from a state‑approved or accredited school of nursing. Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law; CPR certification. Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
