Hiring Assemblers With Pay Up To $22.25/hour In Buffalo Grove, IL

Responsibilities :

• Operate tools, equipment, and processes following established instructions and procedures
• Work independently with minimal supervision and assist in developing instructions when needed
• Follow standard work practices, quality policies, and customer specifications
• Monitor work to ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Accurately maintain records including timekeeping, labor tracking, inventory, scrap, and quality documentation
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and escalate issues when necessary
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and product quality
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and resolve operational challenges
• Complete required training and maintain certifications for the role
• Train other team members on tasks and processes as assigned

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.25/hr.
