We're looking for someone who is motivated, outgoing, coachable, and ready to learn. You'll start by helping our existing customers with their insurance needs and learn how to identify opportunities to recommend additional products that can help protect their families, finances, and future.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll spend your day talking with customers, solving problems, building relationships, and helping people make smart insurance decisions.

You'll also learn how to recognize opportunities to help customers with additional products and coverage they may need.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping existing customers with questions and policy needs
• Building relationships and creating a great customer experience
• Reviewing customer accounts to identify additional needs
• Recommending insurance products and coverage
• Following up with customers by phone, text, and email
• Working toward individual and team goals
• Learning State Farm products, technology, and systems
• Developing customer service, communication, and sales skills
• Asking satisfied customers for referrals
• Obtaining your required insurance license
